Sometimes beautiful stories slip out of memories

Sometimes good things come to an end

Sometimes a moment without love cant be spent

Sometimes doing the right things feels stupid

Sometimes joy is never to be willed in life

Sometimes following the heart needs strife

Sometimes little things destroy big dreams

Sometimes an experience teaches many lessons as streams

ذكرى كتبت أشعاري لها في كل الركون

أرسمها بذهني كالورود
صورة إطارها أجمل الحكايات

حوار لم يمسّه برود
بدفء الود بنيت العلاقات

قصة مليئة بأبرأ الوعود
ضاعت بين أقدم الكتابات

شخصياتها أصيبت بالجمود
نسيَت قيمة أثمن اللحظات

فرّقها البعد و لعِب دور الحَقود
و الشوق صار أمل الجهات

غدَت آمالها كالسراب الوَدود
كلما أدْنو أحضنها عدّة مرات

حين أُدرِك أن ليس لها وجود
أعود مجدّداً للذكريات

حلم التّلاقي هو الوقود

يوقد الأمل يُبعد النهايات
